Our mission is to provide integrative healthcare services, community, and education to all people seeking a wellness-focused approach to living and dying.

Quest Center is committed to providing the best integrated behavioral and physical health services. More than 70% of our clients are low income and/or medically un-insured or under-insured. The Oregon Health Plan as well as other commercial insurance plans are welcomed at Quest Center.

Our doors are open to all who seek a life of health and wellness. We strongly believe that all of our clients should have access to excellent service regardless of their income, insurance, gender, sexual orientation, religion, national origin, race, ethnicity, disability, veteran status, HIV status, or chronic health conditions.

Our three primary service communities are low-income, people living with HIV, and LGBTQIA2S+.

We seek to provide a comfortable and honest space in which anyone can express themselves along the spectrum of gender and sexuality. Our commitment to evidence-based practice with at-risk populations is fundamental to our work and essential to the health of our community. All of our providers honor the diversity of our community members.

Programs & Services:

WISH Pain Management: WISH (Wellness, Integrity, and Sustainable Health) is an integrated medical and behavioral health program designed to treat chronic pain through the use of non-opioid interventions. WISH services include Acupuncture, Chinese Medicine, Wellness Movement, Group Therapy, Peer Support, and Nutrition.

FSR Addiction Services: Finding and Sustaining Recovery (FSR) is an integrated behavioral health treatment program designed to help those dealing with addiction build sober and healthy lifestyles. FSR Addiction Services include Acupuncture, Chinese Medicine, Wellness Movement, Group Therapy, Peer Support, Sober Housing, Individual Therapy, and Nutrition.

Mental Health Services: Quest offers an integrated, client-centered approach to mental health therapy through the use of evidence based outpatient strategies. Mental Health Therapy Services at Quest include Individual Therapy, Group Therapy, and Lusijah’s Meditation.

Medical Care: Medical Care at Quest offers integrated treatment services including Naturopathic Medicine, Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture.

Telehealth: You deserve the health care you need, when you need it. You can meet with your Quest Center provider via your computer, tablet, or phone, without needing to make a trip to the clinic.
